This policy covers voxihealth.com. It does not cover patient data handled inside CareOS, which is governed by the agreement and data processing terms we sign with a customer.
Who we are
This website is operated by VOXIHEALTH PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated in India. Where this policy says we, us or our, it means that company.

What this policy covers, and what it does not
This policy is about the website. It describes what happens when you visit voxihealth.com and what happens if you write to us.
It is not the policy that governs patient data. Clinical data processed inside CareOS, Voxirad PACS or VoxiHealth LIS belongs to the healthcare provider operating that deployment. We handle it as a processor on that provider's instructions, under the agreement and data processing terms signed with them. Nothing on this page varies those terms, and a patient with a question about their own records should approach the diagnostic centre or hospital that holds them.
What this site collects when you visit
Close to nothing, and we would rather say exactly what that means than claim it in a sentence.
- No cookies. The site sets none at all, which is why you were not asked to accept any.
- No analytics and no tracking pixels. We do not measure visits, build a profile of you, or share anything with an advertising network.
- No account, no login, and no form that submits anywhere. The only way to contact us from this site is an ordinary email link.
- We do not enable access logging on the load balancer or the storage bucket that serve this site, so we do not keep a record of which pages you viewed.
- No third-party requests. The typefaces, the films and everything else are served from voxihealth.com, so your browser does not contact any other company while you are on this site.
Where the site is hosted
The site is static files served from Google Cloud in the United States. Delivering a page necessarily involves Google Cloud processing technical information such as your IP address, under its own terms as our infrastructure provider. We do not add logging of our own on top of that.
The ROI calculator
The calculator runs entirely in your browser. The figures you type are never transmitted to us, are not stored anywhere, and disappear when you close the tab. We have no way of knowing you used it or what you entered.
If you write to us
When you email admin@voxihealth.com we receive your address, your message, and whatever you choose to put in it. We use that only to reply and, where it leads somewhere, to carry on a commercial conversation. We do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for, and we do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
Our mail is hosted on Google Workspace. We keep correspondence for as long as it is useful for the relationship it belongs to, and delete it when it is not.
Please do not send patient data, protected health information or other confidential clinical material by email. If you need to share something of that kind so we can evaluate it with you, ask first and we will agree a secure route and the terms that go with it.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, and depending on where you are, other laws may also apply. You can ask us what personal data of yours we hold, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, ask us to delete it, and withdraw consent you have given.
Write to admin@voxihealth.com and we will answer. Because the only personal data this site gives us is what you put in an email, answering is usually straightforward.
Children
This site is aimed at people running diagnostic businesses. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date it took effect is shown at the top of this page. If we ever start collecting something we do not collect today, this page changes before that starts, not after.
Governing law
This policy, and any dispute about it, is governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
