These terms govern your use of voxihealth.com. They do not govern use of CareOS itself, which is covered by the agreement we sign with a customer.
Who we are
This website is operated by VOXIHEALTH PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated in India. Where these terms say we, us or our, they mean that company.

Accepting these terms
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.
If you are using the site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that organisation.
What this website is for
This site describes CareOS and the products it orchestrates. It exists so that a prospective customer can understand what we build and decide whether to talk to us.
It is general information about a product. It is not clinical, medical, diagnostic, legal, financial or regulatory advice, and it must not be relied on as any of those. Nothing on this site is a medical device or a substitute for the judgement of a qualified clinician.
Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or a commitment to supply. A commercial relationship with us begins only when both sides sign an agreement.
CareOS is covered by a separate agreement
These terms cover the website and nothing else. Access to CareOS, Voxirad PACS, VoxiHealth LIS or any other product of ours is governed by the written agreement between us and the customer, together with whatever data processing terms that agreement carries.
Where these terms and a signed agreement say different things about the same subject, the signed agreement wins.
How you may use this site
You may read, browse and print pages of this site for your own use, and for evaluating whether to work with us. That is the whole of the permission we give.
- Do not copy, republish or redistribute the content of this site as your own, or as part of a commercial offering.
- Do not use automated tools to scrape, harvest or index the site in a way that degrades it for others.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or anything behind it, or probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission.
- Do not upload or transmit anything malicious, or anything designed to interfere with the site's operation.
- Do not misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with us.
- Do not use the site in a way that breaks any applicable law.
If you find a security issue
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in this website, please write to admin@voxihealth.com and give us a reasonable chance to fix it before telling anyone else. We will not pursue anyone who reports a genuine issue in good faith and does not exploit it beyond what is needed to demonstrate it.
Our intellectual property
The content of this site, including its text, design, layout, graphics, diagrams and animations, belongs to us or to whoever licensed it to us, and is protected by copyright and other rights.
VoxiHealth, CareOS and Voxirad are our marks. The names of other companies, products and standards mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners, and are used only to describe what our software works with. Their use does not imply any endorsement of us by them, or of them by us.
Information you send us
This site does not use cookies, analytics or third-party tracking of any kind. We do not build a profile of you from your visit.
If you write to us, we will hold your message and contact details so we can reply and, where relevant, continue a commercial conversation. Please do not send us patient data, protected health information or any other confidential clinical material by email. If you need to share something of that kind for an evaluation, ask us first and we will agree a secure route and the terms that go with it.
The ROI calculator
The ROI calculator on this site runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you type are not sent to us, and we do not see them or store them.
Its output is an illustrative estimate produced from the assumptions printed alongside it, not a forecast, a guarantee or a representation about what your business will achieve. It deliberately models a narrow part of a diagnostics operation. Do not use it as the basis of a financial decision without your own analysis.
Figures shown on this site
Where this site shows an outcome from a deployment, it describes what happened for that customer in that setting. Results depend on case mix, existing systems, configuration and how a centre works, and yours may differ.
Where we do not yet have a figure we can stand behind, we leave it out rather than publish an estimate that looks like a measurement.
Links to other websites
This site links to voxirad.ai and may link to other third-party sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their availability or their handling of your data. A link is not an endorsement.
Availability of the site
We try to keep this site available and accurate, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of anything harmful. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.
The site is provided on an as is and as available basis, and to the extent the law allows we exclude all warranties and conditions that would otherwise be implied.
Our liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss arising out of your use of this site or your reliance on anything published on it.
